WHO IS “EISCAT” WORKING FOR?

At the end of the sixties the technological development regarding the “German technique of incoherent scatter” overcame fully the expectations that were thought before, at the end of the Second World War (WWII). The unknown technology developed by Germany, during the War, was the main booty for countries as England, Russia, the United States of America and its satellite nations. Thus, in order to raise significant progress in the understanding of physical processes in the high latitude upper atmosphere by means of experimental programs and to study the interaction between the Sun and the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the ionosphere and magnetosphere, in December 1975, six Europeans countries founded a membership under the name of “European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association”, or “EISCAT Scientific Association”. Such a six nations were the following: Germany, Norway, Finland, France, Sweden and the UK. Nevertheless, the first operation program began in August 1981 using UHF radar system and afterthat in May 1985 using VHF radar; both at the city of Tromso, in Norway.

In 1995 EISCAT developed new capabilities of these radar systems, in terms of complexity of the available experiments and also in terms of the supporting software for data processing, analysis and visualization, specially in 1993 when EISCAT was extended by the take-over of the HF Heating facility in Tromso which had previously been operated as a German facility in the Max-Planck Institute in Lindau, Munich. EISCAT says “the Heater is used for ionospheric modification experiments applying high-power transmissions of high-frequency electro-magnetic waves to study plasma parameters in the ionosphere. The name Heating stems from the fact that these high power electromagnetic waves, which are transmitted into the ionosphere with high-gain antennas, heat the electrons and thus modify the plasma state. To create plasma turbulence, the transmitted frequencies have to be close to the plasma resonances, which are 4 to 8 MHz.”

It has been told that during the WWII the Germans built a headquarters for military operations in the Svalbard area, close to Longyearbye town, on the Norway islands of the same name, which was later used supposedly by the UK and European allies. It is important to note that before and during the WWII Sweden cooperated narrowly the German plan. Thus, in 1910 Sweden founded a “coal mining” on the Spitsbergen island at the foot of the Pyramid mountain forming the well known Pyramid or Pyramiden town, at 50 kilometers to the north far of Longyearbye town. In 1927 Sweden sold such a mining to the Soviet Union. With a population of over 1000 inhabitants, surprisingly, on January 10th, 1998, both owner and workers abandoned the town in a hurry leaving all things exactly as they were left. Today, Pyramid place is a ghost town, where just five people are currently living there in order to upgrade some buildings for tourists and visitors.

Nevertheless, between 1993 and 1998 EISCAT moved its radar-technology to such a Svalbard island, in Norway, converting that project, under the name of EISCAT Svalbard Radar in the world’s most advanced incoherent scatter radar, using dishes of 32 and 42 meter steerable antenna. In 1996 to the EISCAT Svalbard Radar joined Japan and today also China joined to the project.

And though EISCAT Svalbard Radar says that all of its projects are totally public and transparent, indicating the geographical position of each one of his radars, today there are more associations and people who say to have detected and located EISCAT’s radars different from those, with applications and functions that have not been officially authorized. For example, at the top of the Pyramid Mountain of the abandoned coal mining of the same name, there is a 32m dish antenna which officially does not exist. In fact, Mr. Halvard Boholm and Espen Helgesen, both for EISCAT Svalbard Radar, told to me that it is impossible to operate a Radar there, since Pyramid not have any working infrastructure as power, and so on, that is needed for running a big radar there.

EISCAT group jumped to the mass-media on December 9, 2009, with occasion of the strange spiral moving light, completely silent, that took place around 7 o’clock in the morning in the skies above Norway. It appeared in the east but moving westwards. And even though the spectacular Aurora Borealis which are always observing at the north of Norway and the laboratories located in Alta city in the county of Finnmark, Norway, for studies of such atmospheric phenomenon, people and Norwegian Defense have rejected an Aurora possible origin for the spiral moving light, saying they do not know what it is; meanwhile Russians say they have not launched any rockets, neither have the Norwegian Andoya rocket-site.

The conspiracy hypothesis says that EISCAT Svalbard Radar is being used within another secret project under the name of “Blue Beam”, a Norway´s HAARP Facility of EISCAT, which should be allegedly responsible of the strange spiral light of past December. The weird and conspiracy theory says the following: “EISCAT, short for the European Incoherent Scatter facility, is located at Ramfjord, about 20 Kilometers South of Tromsø in Norway where the "Norway Spiral" or the Blue Spiral was seen back in December 2009; and that the "spiral test" or "experiment" caused all kinds of side effects. At the EISCAT in Tromso they also have an Ionospheric Heater facility with a Frequency Coverage of 4 to 8 MHz. In contrast, HAARP in Gakona, Alaska has a Frequency Coverage of 2.8 - 10 MHz; which means that EISCAT is the HAARP of Scandinavia.” This taking into consideration the so well known High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which is an ionospheric program funded in 1993 in place of Gakona, Alaska, by the US Air Force, the US Navy, DARPA and the University of Alaska.

Since the unofficial information are very big but contradictory at the same time, I just wanted an official answer about some specific topic -the non mentioned Radar as in the Pyramid case- so that I asked to Mr. Boholm and Helgesen for advice. Here is a resume with the answer that gives me the two persons who are in charge of EISCAT of the Svalbard Island:

“Dear Mr. Novakovic, EISCAT do have Radar at mountain Breinosa that is 12 km from Longyearbyen at Svalbard. The radar is operating at 500 Mhz. As far as we know there is no big radar facility anywhere nearby the abandoned settlement Pyramiden. Pyramiden was a Russian settlement and coal mining community, and it was abandoned in 1998 by its owner, the state-owned Russian company Arctikugol Trust. Pyramiden is currently being re-developed by the Russians, to accommodate tourists, and approximately 5 people are currently stationed there to upgrade the facilities. They do not have any working infrastructure as power etc that is needed for running big radar there.

So are you sure that your information about the location of the radar is correct? If there are any small Radars nearby Pyramiden, then I think they are very, very small and remotely controlled, and used for air traffic control by the airport in Longyearbyen.

Around 60 Km south of Pyramiden, you have Longyearbyen, it's the biggest settlement on Svalbard and it's Svalbards capital. Other settlements, approx 100 Km south-east of Pyramiden you have Barentsburg, and approx 100 km west of Pyramiden you have the research community Ny-Ålesund. The only big radar on Svalbard that I'm familiar with, is Eiscats research radar, located nearby Longyearbyen. It’s located approx 10km south-east of Longyearbyen, on Breinosa, close to Mine-7. The radar is used to study the interaction between the Sun and the Earth as revealed by disturbances in the ionosphere and magnetosphere. Best regards. Halvard Boholm and Espen Helgesen. In summary, and rejected by now all the conspiracy theories -and using just the above mentioned Pyramid town example- it seems no easy to install any Radar in such a cool land since Incoherent Scatter Radar requires sophisticated technology and EISCAT engineer are all the time involved in upgrading the whole system.

So, who is the Radar at the Pyramid Mountain working for? Why in 1998 in a hurry every one who was working by the coal mining was moved out of such a place? Is it possible to produce atmospheric visible changes using electromagnetic signal power in between 2 and 10 MHz? Why European nations, next to Japan and China, are so worried about electromagnetic changes between Sun and Earth?

It seems to us that the answers to all these worrying questions still remain without a clear and effective response.

¡NON SERVIAM!: EL TEMOR DE LOS ANGELES POR EL NUEVO DON

(Nuevo artículo de Ciencia-Ficción extraído y con base en los textos expuestos por Ventus).

Así como nadie intentaría, con la intención de paralizarla, detener a mano desnuda los gruesos engranajes internos de una grúa, del mismo modo ningún ser de raza mortal podría pretender vivir más allá de lo que para una vida humana ha sido determinado. No obstante, y al mismo tiempo, y tal como la tenue fuerza de la mano de un pequeño niño es suficiente para pulsar el “botón” que detiene el avance de dicha pesada maquinaria, así también existen leyes más tenues que pueden detener el envejecimiento de un humano que ha sido obtenido por hibridación a partir de una base Kosbolense o Aldebarán.

Y aunque, como se describía en artículos anteriores, los Kosbolenses habían descubierto el “Jugo de Soma o Ambrosía”, basado en Oro y Diamante, para proveerse de una prolongada Vida sobre la Tierra, el mecanismo basado en nanobots para reparar y detener el progresivo deterioro o envejecimiento celular corresponde a una dinámica antinatural que, en definitiva, actúa como una droga al punto de requerir, sus consumidores, dosis cada vez más elevadas y suministradas cada vez con mayor frecuencia. Con razón sus representantes más longevos padecen de graves trastornos de la conciencia, al punto de atacarles la locura y resultar, por ello, inservibles para participar en funciones de liderazgo u ocupar cargos administrativos. Ello les ha repercutido en que, pese a los milenos que llevan sobre la Tierra, el progreso científico y tecnológico de los vástagos Kosbolenses (aunque avanzado en verdad si se lo compara al de la Humanidad) no es demasiado superior al que poseían en los tiempos que accedieron a estas regiones del espacio, cuando colonizaron Arda.

Los Aldebaranes en cambio, con edades medias que fluctúan entre los 540 y los 820 años ardianos, hasta hace muy poco no temían a la muerte, considerada por ellos como un “Dulce Descanso”. Sólo los Sacerdotes-Guerreros, seres provenientes de los Aldebaranes que junto a los Monjes de la “Fraternidad de la Rosa y de la Cruz” han logrado cierto control de aquellas leyes que rigen el mundo de las Obras Exteriores más Tenues y de Supremo Grado de Perfección, entre todas las criaturas, son los únicos que puede prolongar, de modo natural, y a voluntad, la vida de ellos sobre la Tierra. En efecto, dados los altos intereses y las misiones que a ellos les ha sido encomendado, una vida humana no es suficiente para cumplir su cometido, de modo que, desde niveles mas densos logran “asir” algunas de las leyes más cruciales que rigen la Obra Exterior mas Tenue de la Creación: el Mundo de los Ángeles. Los Ángeles son los efectos más nobles de la Creación, más, contrariamente a lo que se ha enseñado, no fueron creados como independientes de la Hechura del Mundo sino que forman parte del Universo, quedando al servicio de las cosas corpóreas, tanto de las inferiores (mundo mineral, vegetal y animal) como al servicio de las razas humanas hermanas, estas últimas que participan tanto de su naturaleza espiritual como de los cuerpos físicos.

Alejandro preguntó, durante la tertulia, a sus interlocutores:
- ¿Qué poseyeron en común los personajes Tommaso D’Aquino, Arthur Machen, Karl von Eckarthausen y Nicolás Tesla?
Luego de más de un minuto de reflexión y de consultarnos unos con otros, contestamos casi al unísono:
- ¡No lo sabemos! Dinos tú la respuesta
- Los cuatro, así como muchos otros investigadores del pasado, por medio de sus diversas profesiones y actividades intentaron escudriñar en la búsqueda del Conocimiento Oculto, que revela la verdad que subyace tras el Bien y el Mal, que más allá de ser un simple concepto utilizado por las religiones y credos, revela un Don que les es propio a sólo dos razas: a la que pertenecen la Orden Monástica y a aquellos que resultaron de una hibridación entre su raza y la humana.
- ¿Quieres decir que sólo ellos poseen la capacidad de conocer el sentido profundo que se sumerge bajo el océano del Bien y el Mal? – pregunté
- Todas las razas pueden acceder al concepto de lo que es el Bien y el Mal, pero no todas ellas pueden manejar dicho misterio. Quien logra manejar la verdad sobre el Bien y el Mal, es capaz de manjar la verdadera magia, que es el Nuevo Don.
- ¿Y cuál es este Nuevo Don? – intervino otro del grupo.
- La Libertad –contestó Alejandro.- Pero no se trata de la Libertad que entienden los ateos, o los agnósticos, como tampoco se trata del concepto de libertad que declaran los cristianos y creyentes, en general. Es la capacidad perdida de trabajar simultáneamente con la materia y el espíritu, cancelando temporalmente ciertas leyes físicas para superponer otras superiores, entretejiendo con ellas otros conceptos netamente que conciernen al campo de lo espiritual. Cuando Tomás de Aquino escribió su famoso “Tratado de Los Ángeles”, él buscaba la forma de entender la “materialidad” de los ángeles comunes y otras huestes celestes. Y así como el reino mineral se rige por su propias leyes físico-químicas, y a la Presión y Temperatura se deben agregar otros conceptos asociados como electroafinidad y propiedades atómicas (en todo caso aún hoy mal interpretadas) también es análogo a las leyes por las cuales se rige el Mundo de los Ángeles. El Mundo del Espíritu, es decir el “entorno material” en el que se “mueven” los ángeles, y el Mundo Material, que es en el cual co-habita el ser humano y el resto de otras razas, son aparentemente imposibles de ser “emulsionados”, puesto que son, respectivamente, como Agua y Aceite.
- Más, las religiones nos impulsan a tender hacia el Mundo del Espíritu y aborrecer la materia y lo material, a detestar las riquezas como objetivo, y a vivir de la manera más humildemente posible – agregué en forma casi mecánica.
- Y en ello cometes un grave error.
- Más, los ateos y los agnósticos, así como otros seguidores de las posturas Materialistas, señalan que la Vida debe ser llenada con las sensaciones y los goces que la materia y las leyes físicas otorgan a nuestro cuerpo –agregó otro de los asistentes- alejándonos de todo concepto o sentido espiritual.
- Y en ello cometes también un grave error, si tu objetivo es el Conocimiento Oculto más allá del Bien y el Mal. Cuando la Tradición señala que los Ángeles fueron sometidos a una prueba, ideada por Dios, dándoles la opción de entretejer sus asuntos con el Mundo de la Materia, que aún no había sido creado, uno de aquellos espíritus vieron con envidia que el Verbo se Encarnase y se Hiciese Hombre.
- Pero, de acuerdo a la Tradición Judeo-Cristiana, el Verbo se encarnó con la única finalidad de Redimir al Hombre, pues este siguió la conducta sugerida por Luzbel, el Ángel de la Luz.
- Fuese que el Hombre buscase o no los “Árboles” prohibidos, el Verbo, de todos modos, se encarnaría, generando un problema similar al que se suscita respecto del “origen primero del Huevo o la Gallina”. Y dado que el Tiempo, tal cual como lo conocemos, es un concepto errado y arbitrario que hace que las mentes de todos los humanos confluyan en una idea sin estructura definida, también es errado el concepto que se tiene del Bien y del Mal, y por tanto, de la Libertad. La Tradición explica que a Luzbel se le habría mostrado, al Principio de Los Días, entre otras cosas, que el Verbo se haría Hombre, con lo cual se habría emitido el tradicional “Non Serviam!”, generado un rechazo de parte de dicho Espíritu en adorar a un “ser inferior material” sintiéndose alejado, desde entonces, del Plan Divino; pero al mismo tiempo se enseña que debido a que Luzbel, una vez “caído”, tentó al Hombre a “comer” de los “Árboles Prohibidos” el Verbo habría decidido encarnarse. En otras palabras, mientras que la primera sentencia señala que Luzbel se rebeló al tomar conocimiento que el Verbo se haría carne, en la segunda sentencia se advierte que el Verbo se encarnó precisamente porque el Ángel Caído tentó al Hombre. En otros escritos se agrega también la envidia que muestra Luzbel y sus ángeles seguidores al saber que un Nuevo Don “dormido” le había sido otorgado al Hombre: La Libertad. Pero esta Libertad no se trata sólo de la capacidad de poder elegir entre operar con decisiones que tienen que ver con el Mundo Material o bien con el Mundo Espiritual, sino que el Hombre y las Razas originarias de las cuales fue hibridado tienen la única y exclusiva capacidad de entrelazar o entretejer ambos mundos a su arbitrio, lo cual no es otra cosa que tener un dominio simultaneo sobre el Espíritu y sobre la Materia: el doble 4 ó el 8, para los hebreos cabalistas.
- Entonces –pregunté a Alejandro- ¿quieres decir con esto que, se equivocan tanto aquellos que predican que el Hombre debe seguir y propender sólo hacia el Mundo Espiritual como aquellos que, negando el Espíritu, predican una cultura o civilización hedonista y materialista?
- Así es, amigo – contestó satisfecho- La Materia y sus leyes buscan “adormecer” al Hombre haciendo que éste satisfaga sus deseos y peticiones con los goces de que la materia aporta y sus leyes asociadas. Y esta es la estrategia de ciertos Seres Espirituales, que sienten temor del el Hombre y sus razas madres, pues temen que finalmente les dominen. Por otra parte, quienes predican que el Ser Humano busque sólo el Mundo del Espíritu, no buscan otra cosa que transformarlo en un ser sin voluntad ni control sobre el Mundo que le rodea, logrando entes incapaces de pensar por sí mismos, y carentes, por tanto, de Libertad. En resumen, todas aquellas posturas que centren al Hombre en el Espíritu como en la Materia, excluyendo a su contraparte, tienen como objetivo evitar el Desarrollo del Ser Humano como tal, pues temen que, como en el pasado, logren y posean dominio sobre ambos mundos, en apariencia irreconciliables.
- ¿Y en qué consiste, entonces, el advenimiento del Nuevo Don? – preguntó Alberto
- Dadas las actuales condiciones, se expresará en cierto grupo de personas, que se espera suceda en algo menos de un tercio de la Población. Con ellos y la asistencia tanto de los Aldebaranes como de la Orden Monástica, serán expulsados de estas latitudes del Universo los Kosbolenses. Y así, todos ellos, ya sin el Oro y el Diamante suficiente como para elaborar su Soma o Ambrosía, en un muy breve y corto tiempo sus cuerpos sufrirán un acelerado desgaste, siguiendo su materia la suerte que eones atrás debió haber seguido.

VIDA Y OBRA DEL PADRE WOLFGANG WALLISFURTH

Estimados Amigos:

junto con agradecer a todos los lectores que en forma periódica leen estas páginas, y en especial vuestros contínuos y muy útiles aportes efectuados, deseo comunicarles a todos y cada uno de ustedes que se ha publicado, en un medio periodístico chileno, por primera vez desde su muerte, un extracto de la Vida y Obra del padre Dr. WOLFGANG WALLISFURTH, sacerdote que dio su vida en favor de los chilenos más necesitados, sobre todo hacia aquellos pertenecientes a la Región del Maule.

En efecto, en la Edición N°75 de El Guardial de la Salud, el cual se publica mensualmente y que en Santiago posee un costo de $500 pesos chilenos, se publica en la página 10, un artículo titulado "el Padre Dr. Wallisfurth, un Volcán para Chile", en el que se resume los estudios y las principales actividades, desarrolladas en nuestro país, por dicho sacerdote alemán nacido en julio de 1915 y fallecido en Alemania, en el mes de julio del año 1992.

FATHER WALLISFURTH, A "VOLCANO" TO CHILE

We have become accustomed to receive everyday, so much bad news that makes it hard to appreciate those positive facts or stories that take place in the midst of the whirl of our life. It is therefore the objective of this article, and others that will be published in future editions, to share with the reader historical cases of people as human as us, who have sacrificed part of his life to improving in Chile health conditions and human qualities. So, we will refer briefly to the Life and Work of German priest, father Wolfgang Wallisfurth Ploch.

Born in Dessau, Germany, in July 1915 Wolfgang Wallisfurth came in August 1938 with the purpose of study and be ordained a priest in Chile. Nevertheless, before coming to these lands he enrolled at the University of Bonn where he conducted seminars in Astronomy, Astrophysics, Astrochemistry and Philosophy, in combination with sports like Jiu-Jitsu, Fencing and Canoeing. Few years ago in Santiago, U.S. astronomers have built the Astronomical Observatory of the Catholic University, located at the top of Cerro San Cristobal, in which, after arrival, Wolfgang Wallisfurth as the person in charge worked on that telescope, being the Southern Cross its first astronomical photo.

As an amusing anecdote, days after his arriving to Chile and as a seminarian, Wallisfurth experienced the Earthquake of San Carlos, Chillan and Concepcion, which occurred in January, 1939. Not knowing how to react, or what went on around him when his bed was shaking and the walls and ceilings echoed in the town of Punta de Tralca, all the rest of his companions, who had seconds were already out in the yard, shouting him in chorus: "go out gringo, go out gringo." As he did not understand well what they told one of his companions, through the broken glass from a barred window, shouted him to leave the place before crushing the structure. That would be their first experience with Chilean earthquakes.

Considered in the seminar by the others as the "astrophysicist", Wallisfurth took contact with leading scientists, philologists and theologians, including the American prominent Jesuit priest from Alsace, Gustavo Weigel, who taught him a novel way to present thesis. From that November 28, 1943, when Wallisfurth was ordained priest in the city of Puerto Montt by Bishop Ramon Munita Eyzaguirre, he became known as the "father Dr. Wallisfurth" since a year earlier had also received his Ph.D. in theology, whose thesis was suggested by the aforementioned Jesuit Weigel. Given their excellent skills in mathematics and physics, he obtained the title of Civil Constructor at the State Technical University (today USACH).

From that moment his strength, fresh impetus (which earned him the nickname "The Volcano") and his interest in supporting, giving health and education, to the Chile's most deprived families, did not cease until his death, which occurred unexpectedly in Germany in July 1992. Indeed, in the fifties father Dr. Wallisfurth noticed that almost 30% of the population called "callampas" that surrounding Santiago, came from the Maule Region and lived in unsanitary conditions, exposed to pests and diseases, and that young people “maulinos” (from the El Maule area) migrated to the capital of Chile with not work, which exposed them to vices. Therefore, and seeking funds as well in Germany as in the United States, he decided not only to provide jobs and health to the inhabitants of the Maule, but estimated that Chilean families requiring decent homes (“familiengerecht" in German language) with a minimum of approximately 70 square meters built, considering one bath, one kitchen and five rooms. And since the heads of households needed a stable work within the same area where they lived, Dr. Wallisfurth in person managed in 1962 the creation of the company known as Celulosa Constitución (CELCO), which was later expropriated by the President Salvador Allende, and back to tender in 1976 by CORFO, leaving CELCO, from then, in hands of the company Petroleos de Chile Copec S.A. Therefore, "The Volcano" regretted very much when in 1973 he was forced to sell CELCO to the government of Mr. Salvador Allende, being Patricio Aylwin Azocar (future president of Chile in 1991) the lawyer who managed such a transfer. In 1959 the father Dr. Wallisfurth brought from Germany the well known CARITAS. He then creates the related entity INVICA (dedicated solely to the construction of decent low-income housing) and in 1964 he founded the German Foundation for the Development of Chile, FUNDAL, whose objective was to position our country as a future economic power, given the existing mineral resources and raw materials. To do this he personally managed with President Jorge Alessandri, the promulgation of Decree No. 412 in 1963, regards the agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Chile, consisting of free tax from customs duties machinery and vehicles used for charities. Among other works, he was the founder of “Sociedad Lechera del Sur”, i.e. SOUTH DAIRY COMPANY.

On the other hand, his love for Chile came to the point that since its arrival in 1938 until the early seventies, managed to accumulate a collection of over 80 000 books, among them old maps of South America and other historical documents from colonial times to the early nineteenth century, which became an important source of consultation known as "Dr. Wolfgang Wallisfurth Hispanic Library", which was carried out in Chile and is currently located at the center of the city known as Cologne, in Germany, under the leadership of the archdiocese of that city in an extension of land known as "Maternushaus" (i.e. Mother House).

In health father Wallisfurth, "The Volcano", did much to Chile, not only as the founder of the School of Nursing Assistants, but for his strong influence in the area of Puerto Montt city, where he deftly handled the existing financial support from and to Germany, which intensified after the sixties. Indeed, in Natural Health, is discussed, but not yet entirely clear (and current research area), thanks to the efforts and influence of P. Dr. Wallisfurth in that area, both residents and businessmen in the city of Puerto Montt helped with substantial funding to the Natural Life Covinat Cooperative Ltd., in order to cover the cost of the $ 850,000 escudos of the plot of land in Santiago, that the Administration of COVINAT owed to England at the end of the sixties; plot of land where the “Villa de Vida Natural” is currently located: 261 Tomas Moro street.

Finally, despite many disappointments that Dr. teol. Wallisfurth experienced himself both in Chile and in the United States for their business (since he was misunderstood), he always kept his joy and energy, to consolidate at that time more than anyone else the traditional ties of friendship and assistance between Germany and Chile. Finally, worn but never exhausted by the many works on Chilean soil, where he was ordained a priest, obtained a doctorate in theology and received a degree in Civil Construction, father Dr. Wallisfurth could rest in peace in the beloved land of his native Germany.

GOLDMAN SACHS: AN INCIDENTAL ALLY

We know everything about the creation of Goldman Sachs (GS) as an entity founding by Marcus Goldman and his family at the end of the nineteenth century, but today we know nothing about who is GS working for. People do not know it, but GS never forget who it is working for. Nevertheless, by their fruits we will know who is behind it. Let’s see:

GS do not respect senators, do not respect governments, and do not respect local military, and so on. In fact, as it has been said by the American comedian Luckovich regarding with Atlanta Journal-Constitution when Congress asked GS “Financial Deregulation allowed you to create shady investments that netted you Gazillions, what is your response…?” Goldman Sachs just said “Thanks”.

Stefan Theil is right. Greece may not be the end of it, since Europe is currently stands at the precipice of another financial crisis as Greece. To stave off collapse, European leaders and the International Monetary Fund hastily arranged a bailout totaling as much as US$ 185 billion, which is more than three times the amount officials initially estimated. And after all, GS was syndicated as responsible for these events and the Europe’s whole crisis. And not just in Europe but is USA too. As it has been said by Daniel Gross, Mr. Lloyd Blankfein, the GS CEO, told Congress that the bank lost the amount of US$1.2 billion from its activities in the residential-housing market in 2007 and 2008. But overall, GS earned US$ 15.6 billion during those two years. Besides, formerly just an investment bank, during 2008 Goldman Sachs transformed into a bank holding company with access to the FED, so GS can borrow massive amounts of money at virtually 0% interest.

Another detail that few people, as Ellen H. Brown, has noted is that the U.S. Treasury is currently belonging to Goldman Sachs, so that the U.S. Treasury has been rename as “Goldman Sachs South”. In fact, former Treasury Secretaries as Henry Paulson, Robert Rubin, Larry Summers and Timothy Geithner all came from GS or are protected by such a bank.

In summary it seems the main interest of GS is not to obtain money or to speculate for its own account nor to control and bend the worldwide market to its will, but it pursues to destroy the currently form to make business. Using the same “circuits” than banks uses GS seems to manipulate markets with its high-speed program trades in such a form that at last takes control of the shares and markets that, until that moment, was under the property of JP Morgan or other big banking corporations. But at the end GS makes its will, which is, to crash the markets and to raise revolutions around the world. Greece is just the beginning in searching the way to promote One World Government. Not belonging to the current system but camouflaged as if it were part of the prevailing system Goldman Sachs use it to destroy it.

Euro currency is not other than the German currency, i.e. Deutsche Mark (DM), outfit. That is the reason why is so difficult to believe in the apparent naivety of the European Community (EC) in order to give lending to countries, such as Greece, which were specifically advised by Goldman Sachs for at least five years. And such advice was always adverting by Germany. Then the main question is: why Germany allowed European Community to make loans to unsupported companies which were after all related with the very EC nations? Could Germany have been so naïve to allow such suspicious activities within the EC, knowing that this kind of facts should depreciate its own currency, the Euro?

The answer is not easy. Germany is located in the middle Europe, so that it needs direct access to the oceans that surrounding Europe and England. Thus, a commercial control over the economy and ports of Portugal, Spain, Italy, Ireland, give chance to Germany to spread its power to the rest of the World. And if in the past decades Germany used the war (i.e. WWII) to control other nations, today is using the GS to rule not only the European Union (EU), but England itself and USA, its subjugated nation. And if in the past France was historic and circumstantially linked to England, today it is joined to Germany and its allied nations, as China (natural partner of Germany).

During the eighteenth century, when serious economic problems occurred in Europe, Jesuits, overall, German Jesuits with strong ties to China (from the times of Mateo Ricci, knew in China as Li Madou), promoted the formation of factories and companies set in the Kingdom of Chile up (as well as in other places of the current Argentina which in that time were belonging to Chile), with the intention that much of the European Industry would work in these places, at least in time of crisis, and that such a here manufactured products were exported to the old continent.

It is not a mystery that in Chile, in Argentina, Brazil and the rest of the South American, there are so many raw materials of international interest so that it seems Germany is using Goldman Sachs to weaken Europe, England and USA, but at the same time, strengthening the southern regions. And both Germany and GS know that such an action passes by devaluing every prevailing currency: Euro, Pound Sterling and Dollar. But despite much of the China’s economy is supported by Germany and allies, the only currency that GS has not yet touched is the Renminbi, the China’s currency. In fact, Fred Bergsten thinks the Renminbi may be 40 percent undervalued against the dollar. This give China’s exports a huge advantage and underpins its trade surpluses.

The conclusion is obvious. The unfinished task devised by the Jesuits of those old times seems to be reset by Goldman Sachs, a corrupt entity in appearance, which is seeking the dwindling of the north nation in favor of our lands, enhancing the control of the south. As it has been said by the analyst Robert J. Samuelson who has foreseen a New Economic Order, a rebalancing, in which the rich nations must sell to the poor. Or maybe and more exactly, the capital is moving to these regions; and Goldman Sachs, as an incidental ally, helps us in a mysterious way.

So, who is behind Goldman Sachs? The answer today seems to be enough clear.

GENOCIDE AND “WORLD-HOLOCAUST” COMING FROM UNITED NATIONS

Nobody knew that a death threat was promoted by the same United Nations, through the World Health Organization (WHO), to take place around the World during the 2009. Between years 2002 and 2008, new rules and regulations were carefully prepared in order taking control among the nations and countries members, linked to the UN. Until 2005 the United Nations and the WHO did recommendations or advices; but since 2005 until now, when a Pandemic was announced, they give orders and impose their vaccinations programs for the associated countries. In fact, until 2008 a Pandemic was defined as an epidemic or infectious disease that is spreading through human populations across a large region, such an continent or even the worldwide, responsible for many deaths. Since may 2009 until the present day, the old definition was changed. Today the WHO and UN have defined a Pandemic as a threat attempt of an infectious agent that could be mortal among humans, i.e., a global outbreak of anything (such as a Hipokalemic outbreak, or a new kind of virus, etc.). Nevertheless, all people know a disease or clinical condition is not a pandemic because it kills lot of people; it must also be infectious or contagious.

The aforementioned definition of Pandemic guaranties that the WHO makes obligatory, among all countries like Chile, vaccines produced for Baxter and Novartis (with today new facilities in Argentine). Although the clinical condition known as Hipokalemy is not a disease or outbreak, the Health Ministry of Chile declared, at the beginning of 2008, and using the targeted “Nutricomp ADN Case” (which was exporting to more than 25 countries) a “Hipokalemic Outbreak”. Few months later in both USA and Europe the WHO declared a global pandemic emergency of the highest level, and so triggered global martial law in spite of the evidence that the Swine Flu is harmless, so as a result, the USA, Europe and other countries (in Chile by the legal framework D.S. 86, signed by Mrs. Michelle Bachelet at October 23, 2008) have moved from civil law to military law. Every people, ever Army Forces could be forced to take a toxic vaccine against the Virus A, H1N1 “Swine Flu”, a vaccine composed of two well different antibody generators: a natural antigen formed by two unattenuated (non irradiated) virus (seasonal H3N2 human influenza and AH5N1) and an artificial antigen composed by Polysorbate and Squalene. The Polysorbate and Squalene are both vaccines’ coadjuvants in order to create an inflammatory reaction that produce, next to the both aforesaid unattenuates virus, weakness of the immune system. Polysorbates are a class of emulsifier or nonionic surfactant that could induce anaphylactoid reactions, meanwhile Squalene is a kind of hydrocarbure (an aliphatic hydrocarbon) obtained from fish oil (in particular from shark liver oil) that could produce multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, among other disorders. As the journalist Jane Bürgermeister wrote: “In July 2009, US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sibelius signed an executive order giving to Baxter International and all other US government influenza vaccine contractors’ legal immunity from prosecution or lawsuit for any possible injury done by their vaccines to American citizens”. In few words WHO and UN have trying to kill people with total impunity around the entire Word.

The first alarm was known in Europe, when WHO through Baxter’s Austrian biomedical laboratories gave order to manufacture and distribute 72 kilograms of contaminated Vaccine Material (with both of the artificial and natural antigen above described). So 72 millions of doses should be distributed among 16 laboratories in four european countries: Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Czech Republic. Nevertheless, a biochemical part of the staff members of a subcontracted laboratory in the Czech Republic, discovered this lethal contamination, when all animals they tested died from this vaccine, and the contamination was reported to European Health Authorities.

On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) of the United Nations (UN) declared, without adequate scientific evidence, resulting in much criticism from experts, a worldwide “Level 6 Pandemic” so triggering laws that allow control over troops, law enforcement and health services to be transferred to the WHO and UN. According to the International Health Regulations of 2005, which has been incorporated into legislation also in The International Partnership on Avian Influenza of 2005 of the USA and other country's national pandemic plans, the WHO and the UN become the controlling agencies of the US in the event of a declared Level 6 Pandemic, and are entitled to control of this country under martial law, with obvious implications for all of the above under the pretext of fighting a pandemic emergency. Refusing a WHO-mandated vaccination has been criminalized; police can therefore use deadly force against “criminal suspects” refusing these vaccines.

Meanwhile, at the same day, June 11, 2009, in our country, the chilean president Mrs. Michelle Bachelet Jeria, the Health Ministry, Dr. Alvaro Erazo Latorre, and the Treasury Ministry, Mr. Andres Velasco Brañes, issued a presidential legal framework under the number D.S. 39, in which they forced, among other orders, to the Chilean Army to be vaccinate with such a toxic vaccinations classified as bioweapons by the European Governments’ own regulation. During the military exercises, with participation of Army of Brasil, of Argentina, of Chile, of England and of USA, that took place during the past October at the north of Copiapo, some American commander give order to the rest of the Army for vaccinating all soldiers with the aforementioned bioweapons. The news caused alarm among the military population, first among the Brazilian, and afterthat among the rest of the Army. All of them refused to do so, and even the American soldiers were against such an order.

As it is told by both Jane Bürgermeister, journalist, and by a scientific nun Dr. Teresa Forcades i Vila: this incident was neither investigated or reported upon by any of the mainstream media corporations controlled by the aforementioned international bank-based corporate criminal syndicate, which, via institutional investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, also owns Baxter International.

As we now known, in 2006 Goldman Sachs, which also owns Cognis GmbH, changed to Watt’s S.A. and to B. Braun Medical S.A. the old oils for new ones (Mining Chemical Technology oils), belonging to mineral oils, who produced organoleptic changes on the enteral food named Nutricomp ADN and the death and clinical disorders among of thousand of persons and families around the World.

Laboratorio Behrens: Distribuidor de Nutricomp ADN

Hasta el pasado 18 de octubre de 2009, Laboratorio Behrens de Caracas, Venezuela, señalaba en su sitio web la distribución y venta de la línea de alimentos enterales Nutricomp ADN de B. Braun. No obstante, bastó que el autor de este blog enviase el correo electrónico que seguidamente se reproduce, para que la empresa "quitara" de su sitio web las fotografías e información nutricional que aquí se acompañan:

Lo más extraño de todo, es que dado el tenor de la carta, pudiendo este laboratorio haberse defendido públicamente, aludiendo que las acusaciones formuladas por el autor del blog en su contra, son infundadas y carentes de pruebas. En lugar de ello, Jesús Barreto, Director Comercial de Laboratorio Behrens CA decide no contestar, limitándose a eliminar de su sitio web la información sobre la línea de productos enterales Nutricomp ADN que hasta el pasado 18 de octubre decía comercializar. Con ello, queda de manifiesto que este alimento de contrabando llegaba a numerosos países sin los documentos pertinentes y sin los certificados autorizados por Aduana.

Estimado señor Jesús Barreto,

junto con saludarlo, y sin el ánimo de ofenderlo a usted o a sus conciudadanos, debo confesarle que siempre he sentido gran desconfianza por los negocios que en Venezuela y en Colombia se realizan, así como la falta de transparencia en los envíos de algunos productos. En general, y aunque la televisión y el cine siempre tienden a exagerar ciertos comportamientos delictuales entre los "empresarios" colombianos, venezolanos y bolivianos, lo cierto es que en el caso de actividades "económicas" venezolanas y colombianas, sus transportes por medio de contenedores, laboratorios asociados, etc., todo ello tiene un "aroma" a contrabando y a negocios ilícitos.

Lo concreto de mi correo actual - dado que usted nunca me respondió aquel que yo le enviara el año pasado- es que un supuesto periodista español, quien trabaja para Canal13, de nombre Gustavo Villarrubia Sburlatti, entrevistó en julio de 2008, para el programa “CONTACTO” a una de las clientes, a quien la abogada Ruzy Mitrovic representa ante los tribunales chilenos, en el Caso del alimento Nutricomp ADN elaborado en Chile por las empresas Watt´s S.A. y B. Braun Medical S.A. Las empresas Watt´s y B. Braun Medical han declarado que el alimento Nutricomp ADN era elaborado sólo en Chile y, además de ser vendido en nuestro país, era exportado a países del Asia Pacífico, a países europeos como República Checa, a Rusia, a otras naciones centroamericanas (como Panamá) y a los países sudamericanos como Venezuela, Bolivia, etc. Este presunto periodista titulado en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid me contó aquella vez que en Venezuela, al igual que en Chile, numerosos niños y adultos fallecieron y otros resultaron con complicaciones y secuelas debido a la línea de alimentos enterales Nutricomp ADN, distribuidos por empresas locales, tal como Behrens de Caracas.

Lo insólito de esto es que, luego de más de un año de investigación que la abogada Ruzy Mitrovic y yo hemos realizado, las autoridades de salud de Chile han declarado ante tribunales chilenos que nunca se supo que el alimento Nutricomp ADN se exportaba, así como se certificó que el alimento no contaba con los certificados fito ni zoo sanitarios otorgados por el Servicio Agrícola y Ganadero (SAG) ni los certificados de exportación otorgados por el Instituto de Salud Pública (ISP), de modo que en agosto pasado la propia Contraloría General de la República de Chile emitió resolución confirmando lo antes dicho para el alimento Nutricomp ADN, respaldando las contestaciones del SAG e ISP. No obstante, y luego que efectuáramos presentaciones ante Aduana de Chile (Servicio Nacional de Aduanas) instándolos a entregar información sobre la forma en que Nutricomp ADN se exportaban a los distintos países (según el contrato que tengo en mi poder firmado entre Watt´s y B. Braun Medical), o bien a hacerse parte en contra de dichas empresas acusándolos de Contrabando, dicha entidad finalmente se hizo parte denunciando que estos alimento eran exportados como contrabando.

Al respecto es importante informarle que, a pesar que B. Braun Medical y Watt´s S.A. rotulaban en los lotes de la línea de alimentos Nutricomp ADN que en Rusia eran recibidos por la empresa Lans Medical (una compañía holandesa) ésta me ha informado recientemente que nunca ha representado esta marca de alimentos ni a sus compañías. Por otro lado, la encargada de negocios de Rusia en Chile, señora Galina Kuznetsova, me ha comunicado telefonicamente el pasado viernes que dicha nación no tiene registros que este alimento enteral haya ingresado con autorizaciones pertinentes (aún cuando páginas de internet en ruso siguen informando que la cadena de farmacias en Moscú, Belyy Lotos vendía directamente seis de las línea de Nutricomp ADN).

Con respecto a ustedes como Behrens, en Caracas, en su página de internet http://www.labbehrens.net/nutricion.htm se continúa informando al público que en Venezuela se siguen vendiendo, como nutrición enteral, las siguientes líneas de ADN: Nutricomp ADN Standard, ADN Fibra, ADN Pediátrico, Caseinato de Calcio, y Módulo Calórico. Si esto es verdad, y unido a lo que el supuesto periodista español Gustavo Villarrubia Sburlatti comentó, sólo puede significar dos cosas: (a) que ustedes recibían desde Chile, o vía otro país, como contrabando estos alimentos elaborados por Watt´s y/o B. Braun Medical, o bien (b) ustedes en Venezuela (o en "otro lugar") elaboraban este alimento Nutricomp ADN y lo vendían dentro de su territorio nacional y/o exportaban.

Dado que su embajadora en Chile se ha negado a contestar nuestra presentación formal escrita, hecha llegar el año pasado, y dado que usted también ha negado respuesta, es lícito el que usted me conceda el grado de desconfianza antes expuesto para con todos ustedes y sus "negocios un tanto turbios". Un refrán que se aplica a vuestro caso dice: "el que calla, otorga"...

Por lo anterior, y dado que en mi calidad de Accionista de la empresa Watt´s S.A. he presentado acciones en contra de sus ejecutivos y en contra de todos quienes resulten responsables – acciones que pretendo hacer extensivas a quienes representan los interesas, tanto de B Braun, como de Watt´s en el extranjero - es que vengo en solicitarle que, antes del próximo 24 de octubre próximo, tenga a bien contestarme las siguientes tres consultas:

1.- ¿Son ustedes, como Behrens, importadores y/o distribuidores y vendedores de los alimentos Nutricomp ADN que son, o que fueron, elaborados por las empresas chilenas Watt´s S.A. y/o B. Braun Medical? Y - ¿Desde qué mes y año y hasta qué fecha ustedes realizaron estas importaciones y ventas?

2.- Si Aduana de Chile considera que los alimentos Nutricomp ADN salían de nuestro país, Chile, como contrabando, ¿Qué tipo de documentos o autorizaciones sanitarias entonces poseían ustedes para ingresar estos productos a Venezuela?

3.- Si las respuestas a las dos preguntas anteriores no son efectivas, ¿Quién les elaboraba entones las líneas de alimentos Nutricomp ADN que hasta la fecha ustedes siguen informando a través de sus páginas en internet?

De no tener respuesta de ustedes en la fecha indicada, o de parecerme que sus respuestas son incompletas, entenderé que ustedes se niegan a contestarme y que a la vez me otorgan autorización para publicar este correo en forma íntegra en internet, así como acompañarlo ante los tribunales chilenos, y que usted (como representante de Behrens) se hace responsable legalmente de estos hechos, los cuales acepta como ciertos.

Pido disculpas si mis palabras pueden parecerle un tanto duras, pero estoy seguro que usted me concederá que, el hecho que ni usted ni la embajadora de su país en Chile hayan contestado, y a la luz de los antecedentes expuestos, sienta "cierta reserva" para con las operaciones que ustedes como empresa y nación realizan.
